BowserNoodle ☦️@cjd @dsm @feralphilosophernc It would, on paper, work, but current US laws would make that illegal because of "disparit impact". You can't even descriminate in real granular ways once you break a certain size (usually about three or four states), even with substitute metrics. It's shocking that they still allow men to pay more for car insurance, despite our tendency to drive faster and less frequent but more damaging accidents.
