Rockefeller wanted what Rothschild wanted, he just wanted it for himself, and he got it; the social goals were secondary. In terms of society, he wanted and got a society controlled by the banks. You confuse the goal with the tactics. You're worried about the Civil Rights Act and not about the IMF, because the tactics worked.
