I think I accidentally fixed my lactose intolerance. When I was in my 20s I couldn't eat cheese or drink milk after 8 pm or I'd wake up at 3 am with intense intestinal pain and diarhea. But the past few years I drink milk whenever I like without issues. I wish I knew what changed.
