Because animals are animals not people, and while I love my pets (I've balled my eyes out losing my dogs). At the end of the day my kids Trump all. I'll go from love to heartless very quickly. 🤷🏻

Id rather it have just kept it itself but for whatever reason it though it was a good idea to scratch the shit out of the kids arm and back.

My other cats, including the outdoor one never did something that way.

Again let me stress it was not provoked. My kids have been scratched by our current cat quite a few times but they are the ones that provoked it. And I defended the cat.
