- Embed this notice@wolf480pl @leo @domi Depends what you mean by SLA but usually I see it as "guaranteed 99% of uptime" which for an ISP can be pretty awful as at worst can mean 3.65 days of downtime at once without it being a problem.
I'd much rather force them to have detailed status information so you can somewhat predict how long an outage lasts and use an alternative in the meantime (which just be plugging your smartphone into your router, or more annoying like going to like the public library or local hackerspace).
