     @lustlion I believe the instructions are mostly how to install GNU rather than doing some programming from scratch for the kernel, Linux and so the name is wrong.
     
     I guess it should be called GNU From Scratch or BusyBox/Linux From Scratch.

     @Suiseiseki @lustlion Found the #rms disciple. “I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as #Linux, is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I've recently taken to calling it, #GNU plus Linux.”
