   @mekkaokereke seeing @nova‘s reply I wonder if a dedicated hashtag might be useful so that we can widen the practice and keep an eye out for reboosts. Something like #hachyjobs, dedicated to jobs that further this instance’s values . I will definitely boost all your offers!

     Hey Hachyderm admins and Hachyderm community! I have another good neighbour question: I have a lot of followers who are underrepresented folks in tech. I often do pre-hire announcements on my social media, to let them know about opportunities on my team or other teams that have a good, inclusive environment.

     Are those OK here? OK with a CW like "jobs?" OK with the "followers only?" label? Not OK?

     I have some coming up, and don't want to put them on the birdsite.
