The key Condition is whether the license limits the installation of modified version. This would cover both copy left and bsd. -

I think reasonable interpretations would not deem copyleft to be a "contractual restriction", but even if it could be interpreted that way, the objective is obvious: Achieve their goals WITHOUT starting a fucking holy war with the Free Software Taliban - so copyleft software would be the exact thing they would be most interested in not regulating... -
