@admin @Humpleupagus @Tony today I did high volume I did 10 sets of 10 reps of 20 lb and 6 sets of 10 reps of 40lbs and I finished out with bed to floor dips 3 sets of 10 reps. I would've done 10 with the 40's but I went to as close to failure as I was comfortable with it felt like I might get an injury if I pushed it. I allowed only 45 seconds between sets too that added great extra stress my arms feel cooked

I'm still sore from last week. Actually got my ass back to the gym though so thats cool.
SO OUT OF SHAPE. It's weird how like yoru "strength" stays but instead of 10 reps you can do like 5 and it hurts for the next three days lol.
You ever take creatine? After I get a week or two of consistency I'm going to finish my creatine tub again.

True story. My wife and I had HMPV, which is a form of pneumonia, for a month a few months back. I was sick as fuck. Ever since, I feel great and can eat anything. It just burns.
I did some research, and apparently, that virus alters the mitochondria to burn sugar. The effects could last until turn over or longer if epigenetic. Don't know yet, but we both feel about 10 years younger though. I've been getting shit done.

IDK about Spanish but French don't have a word for tallow, it's just beef fat. They have a word for lard, but only used for pork lard.

I've generally thought the whole anti-sugar angle was bullshit. If you're not burning it sure. But if you need 4k calories because you're going hard, fitting that much food in is a physical feat on its own. Calorie dense food becomes a necessity.
I recall some marathon guy who would eat pizza all day long.

And I'm not a foodie. I eat just for sustenance. If I'm craving something, it usually means I need it, like anemics who eat dirt. For example, if I go hard for a few days straight, I'll crave ice cream and can easily eat a quarter gallon of vanilla in a along with steak or whatever. I can't figure out exactly what it contains that I'm missing, but I can feel it hit my blood.
