   @unspeaker @aud My old setup - A stacked audio system (tuner, head, CD changer, cassette), with 5.1, and like 8 game consoles, DVD, TiVo - was probably 30 pounds of cable.
   They took up their own box that was hard to move.
   My first time moving this, I made the mistake of putting all that, my network cables, and all my computer cables in the same box. I was literally incapable of picking this up, even with help. I had to unpack it and use multiple boxes.

     anyway, gonna make some new patch cables since like, at least 3 of the tiny ones I bought for guitar pedals all fucked out and shorted, somehow? Plus I need more headphone cables. Gonna wrap them all in ... paracord (I almost wrote pycord, thanks Python!).
     
     (EDIT: to be clear, I bought two thicknesses; one for the guitar pedals and the other for headphones)

     ordered some relatively thin audio cable to make some new wrapped cords and it came bundled up, and it feels almost exactly like just holding a bunch of loose, fresh pasta. It is both pleasing to hold and making me a little hungry, maybe?
