It is a weird feeling when you realize you're an adult with money, and you can just buy packs of your favorite pens and throw away the ones you don't like, or the ones that only kinda sorta work, or the mostly dead ones you have to scribble a bunch to get them to work. You don't HAVE to just use random free ballpoint pens for forever
