   Putting the question out there again. Does anyone know of a good voice recording program? People recommend Audacity, which is a good program. I've used it before. But now all I want is something to record with. I don't need a full sound editor. Just something simple to record my voice. Anyone know anything good like that? Thanks.

     @Bri Oops, wait, that's not what happened. I knew it didn't work, but I must've got it confused with something else. Ah, okay, I just couldn't figure out how to use it and was impatient, lol. Taking a closer look now.

     @Fragglemuppet I think most platforms - mobile or laptop/desktop - have a default sound recording app (e.g. Quicktime on MacOS), is there a reason they don't do it for you?

     @robini71 @Bri Still couldn't figure it out. Still slow, and no menu bars. Gone off to try again. Feel like I'm missing something really obvious. How do you actually record?
