     Seems "they" were correct.
     
     Although it looks a little amateurish. The stopped car didn't fully block the road, left enough room to get past it.
     
     According to Grok there's a "clear rise of carjackings" in Chile.
     
     Seems the entire world needs a return to medieval punishment to cull spiteful/criminal mutants.
