     @knf100 @lmc I need to use their web site because I have a "virtual" Visa card from my employer to pay for transit. Virtual, as in no physical card. The only way for me to use this card is through the app, or through the web site. Neither of which are usable.

     @kingrat I finally got in, but when I click on the card, I want to update it times out every time. Plus the fact that they have big banner apologies about their new rollout is embarrassing. I have transit cards for other cities for when I travel, and I never have a single issue loading.

     @lmc @kingrat I have 6 clippers I manually refill & I keep 3 in my pocket with at least $10. I have never had a problem. The trick is I refill every time I get to my destination station bc I can’t be certain when I will have another chance.

     @jef @lmc The Clipper board is the transit agencies! They did this to themselves. I read the minutes of the last board meeting on December 16th. Right after public comment where one dude said he couldn't use his card for 6 days, a bunch of board members patted themselves on the back for reaching a milestone.

     @lmc @kingrat The transit agencies should sue Clipper for the lost revenue. It's got to be $millions already.
