From where I stand this is what I see
Armstrong has jumped instances a lot, made alts a lot and has shown no inclination to slow that down.
Enough people defederate him, and he jumps to a new account or instance to go back to what he was doing.
And what's he doing that leads to all this hoping?

Suffice to say him needing a break had reprecussions and it feels like he doesnt like that actions have consequences.
I dont hate Wiz, and maybe down the line we can refederate but as it stands he learned nothing from this experience and is just upset at things not going back to normal.
