     @skinnylatte I did not realize that!

     What is puzzling me are 1) the outages that started last night, then again this morning, and 2) why SFFD were not called about the substation until an hour after our block and neighborhood went dark.

     @PrinceOfDenmark haha the story also says in 1996 and 2003, PG&E also failed to inform the fire dept and the city until hours after

     @skinnylatte There was another big outage in 2017 from a fire at the Larkin St. substation at Larkin/Eddy. 100K or so w/o power for most of the day.
