     I went out and met the Goat Farm people at their farm one time. They moved to Alabama and started a farm specifically as a home school project. The kids take care of the goats, do the milking, make the soap, do the graphic design for the packaging, and they seemed to enjoy all of it. It's like the most happy form of slavery I've ever seen.

     I just got approved for Q2-Q4 home school funding in Arizona. I didn't expect to get Q2, but it's just under 4k per quarter for my two kids. I asked how I can get the Q2 funds. You have to use it on homeschool only but it covers any education essentially. It'll buy supplies for animal husbandry but no food.

     I think I recognize a couple of those titles from searches I've done on archive.org and annas-archive.se.
     
     The International Library of Technology is a good place to look for old knowledge in lesson-sized bits. It covers everything from steam power to electricity to hand lettering doors with gold paint.

     I'll definitely look into it, maybe we will do that tomorrow 🥰 we get carpet installed on the top floor so I can put the bunk beds up there and unpack the toys... I found the projector yesterday in a box. We could set it up and look for a project to do. I want to make a batch of soap sooner than later because we have about 6 female family birthdays in March and by then the soap will be cured and we can do some self-care gift baskets for everyone.

     We are going to start making soap again. I have a homeschool science unit planned 💕💕 "home economics" so we will learn butter, yeast, cheese. and soap science :animu_excite: things we have been doing but the kids are getting older and it'll be so much fun

     This is awesome. You probably have enough stuff already, but there's a whole bunch of books from the 19th and early 20th century on Archive.org that might be useful for your lessons.
     
     I went on a downloading spree a few years ago when I thought they were going to take the Internet away from us and I have about 250gb of ebooks saved. I know a lot of people turn their noses up at ebooks, but nigga its free knowledge.
