     @Smeetoo My current daily driver was not what I wanted, but what I could afford. I paid $6K cash for a 2009 Honda Accord ULX 4cyl with 190,000 miles a couple years ago. It now has 243,000, still runs great. Headliner needs replacement. A/C is good, solid vehicle. It's paid for. I am also lucky I can do most mechanical work myself as needed. Just redid the rear brakes 2 weekends ago. @Tony

     People are "defaulting" on their car payments at record numbers and the banks aren't doing squat because they don't want it put out there. Basically taking what they can get, as long as they're getting something.

     All of these people living the high life on credit instead of living within their means.
