@robini71 @NicksWorld @Bruce Please tell me if I'm wrong. Quiet quitting is the practice of not doing those little extras employers pile on at the last minute, right? I'll still come in and do my job, but when I'm done, I'm done. No, I'm not always on call to answer your calls and emails, no, I won't stay an extra hour or two when you realize at the last minute you're schedule is off.
Nothing wrong with just doing what you get payed and signed a contract to do.

@Bruce I guess, because I still don't understand quiet quitting. IMO, that should be a firable offense.

@NicksWorld @Bruce Sure doesn't seem like a good way to get ahead. I mean even if you hate your current employment if you want a reference of any worth why wouldn't you try at least a little to increase your own value if for no other reason than that let alone your own pride in your work. And before anyone flames or @s me I also hate that there's no employer based loyalty to workers as well. Sometimes I hate what this world has become.

@NicksWorld Were you raised to attend virtual sex parties? I don't even know what a quiet quitting trend is but there are tons of things we do that deviate from how we were raised.

I don't think I could ever understand this whole quiet quitting trend, because I was raised not to do that.
