In case you were confused, the "Affordable Care Act" aka Obamacare does NOT HELP POOR PEOPLE GET INSURANCE. It helps people who already have money gain easier access to insurance.
I understand why people outside the US don't understand this. But many people inside the US, including people who benefit from it, do not understand that it doesn't help poor people.
IT'S STILL INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE, THUS PROHIBITIVE TO MOST EVERYONE WHO IS LOW OR NO INCOME.

Please stop talking about "access" to health care. You can have "access" to the grocery store but still not be able to afford the food.
Health care should be FREE. ZERO COST.

We don't need Medicaid for all. We don't need the ACA. We don't need some other random insurance thing to make you jump through hoops.
We need health care to be free. Walk into a doctor's office, you get help. Doctor schedules surgery, you get surgery. Doctor prescribes drugs, pharmacy gives you drugs.
That's it.
We need a million new health care workers who aren't blocked by education costs.
BECAUSE EDUCATION SHOULD BE FREE ALSO.
