   They work so well, I often forget to think about them - Meaning, I rarely have any problems.
   And the mere 2 times I can recall having a problem - One was an outtage for a while, and recently some config change they made rejected emails when it shouldn't - were fixed quickly, and I wasn't left in the dark about what's up.
   Their service is also pleasantly simple. Email. Stick email in to email program. Bam, done, email shows up.
