     @Niko @Eschatology @graf @Hoss There's Esketamine clinics even in the US, but they're in the intersection of two things I don't trust: controlled drugs and psychiatrists. My memory is that Esketamine is the big pharma version of ketamine, so it's a lot more questionable - big pharma can't really be trusted, especially after the COVID vax.

     Just please don’t go outside looking for mushrooms because you may die or something. And please don’t Google “reputable shroom dealers near me.”

     But, with a little finesse and know-how, you can grow them. I’m not sure if I’m allowed to talk about that so openly so we’ll bookmark that here.

     Edit: So I’m clear, what I mean is “I’m not sure graf wants people openly talking about DIY magic mushroom agriculture” on his website. I don’t care about the “law.” Fuck them, they are gay queers.

     @ceo_of_monoeye_dating @Eschatology @graf @Hoss Theres a few places starting to offer some treatment with shrooms and mdma for people who suffer with deep ptsd/psychological problems. Its hard to get such programs going and uninformed people don't understand and think like people are gonna be crashing cars everywhere. Good to see and it actually helps people not like the junk they pushed for years, rotting peoples brains.

     @Eschatology @Niko @graf @Hoss I've heard that psilocybin can help with people who have long-term suicidal ideation/PTSD. I have an extremely strong aversion to drugs like this, but if I could be convinced that I could stop having nightmares because I ate a silly mushroom I'd be down for it.

     I love it when people can just do things like shrooms without doing stupid shit and hurting themselves, people really do undersell how excellent this substance is as a way to self-medicate.

     As an aside for some reason at least in my experience, they evened out my chronic migraines. Come to find out, psilocybin carries amazing medical properties that actually assist with migraine pain so it’s good stuff.

     @Hoss @Eschatology last time I had mushrooms I was in the basement of a house I shared with a guy I went to high school with. sat in bed with my gf at the time, pitch black room just the light of the tv playing Superjail!
     
     second hardest and longest I've laughed. #1 was playing Skyrim together on vc with crispr and other friends while drunk

     @graf @Hoss @Eschatology Our friend dropped off a bag and we had gold caps, they were really hard to find at this time about 2010 or so in socal. Anyway I remember we were sitting in a circle on just some Randoms house's lawn and we figured after awhile we better move on before they call the cops on a bunch of tripping kids. Had a relaxing walk and found ourselves at one of the bigger parks for a pow wow circle.
