    All bug trackers seem to be too complicated, so I made one myself in less than 300 lines. I imported the issues from GitHub and it seems to work well in #Dillo and #links2.

    https://bug.dillo-browser.org/

    Issues are stored in plain Markdown files with some special headers in a git repository. They get rendered to HTML when pushing a new commit to the bugtracker repo.

    The whole thing is less than 300 lines of shell script and awk. It uses no javascript or databases.

      @coolbean @dillo >because other hosts' CI systems
      Why be dependent on a CI system when git hooks exists?

      >automatically test windows
      You can use wine for testing .exe's just fine, but really testing can be done by those who run the proprietary OS.

      @Suiseiseki @dillo this question has actually been answered before: because other hosts' CI systems dont let you automatically test windows and mac builds and while itself free software, dillo does try to support proprietary operating systems

      @dillo Why use github then?

      Also, why is dillo GPLv3-only?

      @coolbean @Suiseiseki @dillo So have an automatic mirror to github and put canonical somewhere else?

      @Zergling_man @dillo @coolbean Even having a mirror on github is unacceptable.

      @Zergling_man @dillo @coolbean It's the same matter - as if the developers don't care about freedom, why would the software remain free?

      @Suiseiseki @coolbean @dillo Yes, but it's a separate matter from the software being free.

      @RedTechEngineer @dillo @coolbean @Zergling_man Yes, that is unacceptable.

      I don't think it's GNU who has done the mirroring.

      As microsoft uses software uploaded to github to commit copyright infringement, GNU should really terminate microsoft's license and demand they cease to distribute the software.
