     Concerning grouping, we have to implement Mastodon api endpoints. Fedilab still runs its in-app solution.

     A better handling of notifications.

     * jump from a single notification to a post (this is not working, when fedilab shows a conversation)
     * only remove the Android notifications, I really looked at (don't delete everything if I was only in the notify timeline)
     * show unviewed posts in the notify timeline with an unread marker (colored line left or right, or a separator between read / unread)
     * maybe a manual "read all" or a timer for "I saw this post" (configurable?)
     * group faves + and boosts together (the current grouping is helpful, but a lot of people boost and favs at the same time and this kills grouping)

     This is mostly the top three of old bugs.
     For emojis we made a lot of work without good results (mostly gif custom emojis are impacted not apng).
     The holes part is really hard to catch. One solution would be to combine both but that would defeat the first goal.

     Fixing animated custom emojis would be good (they stop when you're not scrolling).

     Not restarting the gif, when you interact with the post would be good too.

     The most annoying bug (holes in timeline) you fixed by advising me to turn off settings - > Interface - > use cache.

     It would be nice, if one could make a filter that hides only the media (e.g. images), but not the text. Sometimes, you just don't want to see stuff, but you're fine reading about it.

     I think the idea is mostly when a media description contains things you don't want to see but only display the description.
     @brunthal correct me if I am wrong.

     Settings -> Timelines -> Load thumbnail for media
     If you set it to 'always ask', all media is replaced by a button to load it. Maybe that works for you.

     When visiting a profile, tap on the magnifying glass button, you will see all messages from an account (even the ones not known by your instance)

     Not a bug, but I do wish it were possible to fetch posts for someone you don't follow without having to link out to the web directly. Sometimes I want to review the last x number of posts to see if I'd like to follow them.

     When I look at a profile, I'd like a way to see only their original posts, without any of their re-posts of other users.

     @HurricaneWeasel I'd like to have collapsed media (like when out of WiFi) as option. Just being displayed when you tap the post (like it works with those link previews).

     As I often use Fedilab on a tablet (mostly in splitscreen mode) and with a hardware keyboard I'd of course would love to have improvements for this usecase e.g. 'send' via CTRL + Enter ... hmhmhm what else? The images are mostly fine now. A while ago they were terribly displayed on larger screen size.
     Anyway why must every post contain an image (or four)? Especially professional publishers tend to see a post only completed with an attached image. If there's none, then generate. Bzzz! 🤖

     @apps Hmm ... another thing is ... and I know it is weird and complex. But I think it is important. Connectivity to WordPress (yay ... atm maybe unpopular for reasons). But isn't the web we love built around those personal sites which a lot of us have but do not empower them enough or never had over years because there'll always be a "service". Fedilab as application has the ability to be the link between platforms.
     Mind people like @pfefferle and @alex@kirk.at are the one's to collaborate.✌🏻
