@RadicalCartoons I think it's a Lib Dem thing. We have a Lib Dem MP and if pressed on the issue of if people can change sex he goes into the sort of waffle we've just heard. I have an email from him along these lines. When the election campaign was on, the lackey that came round couldn't bring herself to define woman without a paragraph of caveats. Some of them have probably drunk the genderwoo kool aid. Most of them know it's nonsense and we know that they don't really believe it. They know that we know, and yet they persist. I think many have painted themselves into an ideological corner and can't find a way out without losing face. It's a bit sad really.
Decriminalise pimps and punters, Allow ‘consensual sex trafficking’ View prostitution as ‘fun and rewarding work’, Aim: ‘Transactional sex should be no different to sex’, Oppose porn age verification.
The Lib Dem’s stated policy aim is that ‘transactional sex should be no different from sex’. To that end, pimping and sex buying would be decriminalised. Even sex traffickers are decriminalised if it is ‘consensual’. Lib dem policy also vehemently opposes porn verification to end children’s access to extreme violent porn, as ‘extreme and illiberal’. These policies are part of a long pro-sex industry track record. The Lib Dems opposed porn ‘opt in’ in 2013 to prevent children’s access to pornography. And until 2017, party policy was for 16 year olds to be used in hard core pornography. Pornographers have also long been connected with the party. A pornography who advocates for simulated rape porn has been selected as a Parliamentary candidate, backed by then leader, Nick Clegg whilst a pornographer, party activist and former Lib Dem councillor used local party HQ to recruit for porn films.
These policies are not just pieces of paper, when the party has power it pushes them forward. Under the Tory-Lib Dem coalition government, a group advocating for pimp decriminalisation was funded to set up the ‘Ugly Mugs’ scheme. This calls out violent punters – a worthy goal indeed, but why was this commissioned to an organisation that lobbies for the decriminalisation of pimps?
Oh well. If that’s welcome anywhere, it’s here: “Open-minded party seeks swing voters for elections and more.” The exhibition hall has all the kinky angles: a stall for Gaza, Ukraine, the Dalai Lama, and next to the bible bashers, the sparkly transexuals (two older Christian ladies eyed their long queue with both suspicion and envy). There’s been a ballot fight over gender; Sir Ed Davey won’t say if a woman can have a wang. The debate is not about sexual freedom, though, it’s about the neurotic need for Lib Dems to sound nice. Actually existing liberalism is dead. Tim Farron wrapped himself in a Union flag to sell patriotism to folks who think Britain should be run by Brussels. Sir Ed has said stop the boats. The party is warming up to digital ID. And I listened with alarm as an MP argued that we need health warnings on t’internet because “real freedom means freedom from harm” (paging Isaiah Berlin!).
@KeepTakingTheSoma@RadicalCartoons There's not one of them fit to mend the other, and here is Starmer again on the side of the CSA crims. There is something radically wrong with that man.
Old joke - What do you call 50 MP's at the bottom of the north sea. Answer - A good place to start
