     Alpha types appoint fellow alphas so they can raise standards.
     Those lower in ability but higher in ambition tend to appoint people who will not outshine them.
     As hire As, but Bs hire Cs, Cs hire Ds, and you don't want to see who the Ds hire.

     @KeepTakingTheSoma @TriptychTwinsRidesAgain It's ridiculous. Himself is having a fit at the moment, a place needs filled and because is is part time in a rural area it is not exactly rush hour for applications, the one they got the other day started very promising then crashed into diversity shit and "respectful use of pronouns" 🙄
