     Result? One of his two regular crews had *every single roof* they worked on leak...and that crew wasnt licensed to work in our state to begin with.

     The only way this stops is if business-destroying fines are levied every single time this happens. Make compliance a matter of survival instead of just a cost of doing business or even something that isn't enforced at all and this shit goes away overnight.

     Know how we found out this dude wasnt licensed in our state? He had an illegal on his crew who fell off a roof and we had an audit on our crews coi's. One previous crew had something listed on his coi that wasnt even an insurance provider
