     Aliens are not coming to attack us even if they are "hostile".
     
     1. We make really shitty slaves. Any aliens that are capable of coming here have robots that make Tesla bots look like can openers
     
     2. We have literally nothing they couldn't get easier from asteroids or other places they arent fighting a gravity well for
     
     3. At absolute best anyone capable of traveling here would be at technology point where we barely register as sentient. It'd be like talking to a gerbil for them. Our weapons likely pose zero threat to them
