     If you live in Canada and American courts are trying to get you then you should do a motion to dismiss on grounds that the jurisdiction does not apply to you since you did not commit any crimes in the United States of America because you were not in the United States of America

     With a motion to dismiss you do not even have to enter a plea of guilty, not guilty or no contest because the case is dismissed before that stage

     There is precedent from the 1800s involving a case where some guy fired a gun across state lines and shot a person in the next state and tried to argue he was not in the state the crime occurred in when it is committed.

     The government since then has the opinion anything that crosses into US border or between US borders is under it’s jurisdiction.

     Law is pretty retarded.

I still won mad hard i got them denied the initial eviction and denied any rental back pay and the second time they filed they got the eiction but i still got them denied the back pay for alleged rent. I may have taken a small L nut i feel my W was much larger that day :loli_thumbsup3:
