     It's a great middle path. Refuse to ban the industry, but refuse to use government to protect it, either.
     
     Sort of why we should decriminalize not legalize drugs.

     Solution: get rid of ALL copyright

     There's a downside to everything but I think it will be smaller than under the current laws.
     
     It allows government to avoid endorsing the behavior...
