     If you go to 'trends' - #1 is "Jubilee" and #2 is mrBeast, the shorts which seems all to be not huge creators
     
     #3 is boxing.

     @nomebullyyou @sickburnbro If these numbers are right, then Johnny Carson was 6+ times more popular in absolute numbers and 10+ times more popular accounting for population size differences. And Charles Coughlin in the 1930's was more popular than every modern late night host combined.

     @Rudolf_von_Goldenbaum @nomebullyyou @sickburnbro that may have to do with the fact that Coughlin's shows were broadcast on AM radio, something every American owned during the great depression.
     Late night television talkshows and by extension the 24 hour news cycle is dieing, not for any ideological reason but because it's been made irrelevant by content consumption culture via the internet; we are on the precipice a new monoculture being formed, we just cant see it yet
