@hj
Here's your new diet:
>Breakfast
Two slices of bread (I recommend the Ruispalat) with any Becel spread, cheese and cucumber slices
>Lunch
Noodles or some ready made food of choice
>Afternoon
One or two Elovena oatcakes, flavor of choice
>Before bed
Yoghurt with muesli
You'll notice the difference in no time.

@moth_ball also all of this sounds too much, i can get by with just lunch (thai cube/lunch at restaurant/hese)

@moth_ball lmao i have exactly that and i almost vomited when I tried it. I don't think I need it because doc said my cholesterol levels are normal and low, and in fact i should consume olive oil.
but otherwise it is close to my actual diet - lunch for lunch, snack in evening.

@hj
Pic related, not exactly butter but close enough and healthier. You can skip the cheese but you need to eat breakfast that is not chocolate. Yeah the Elovena välipalakeksi is like a cookie but staves off hunger better. Works as a breakfast too.
>I can get by with just lunch (lists bloat)
The thing is, you can't. Eating thai cubes and hese all the time is the Using Windows of eating food. Bad diet affects everything you do, but it can be hard to tell when you're used to it. Just like using shitty software because you don't know better.
