     There is more, but that one automatically brings the US in. Airstrikes aren't a possibility without air refueling.

     Yes. The president is authorized and directed to sell arms to Israel. To the extent that a sell includes advising, training, etc, those would be "services." The president is otherwise not authotized up actively participate in war operations, short of his general power under the war powers act.

     We've already got a THAAD battery there getting combat tested (sounds like it's roughly in the Arrow-2 class). And they're not lacking for PGMs to use one each to bust a single missile launcher, with or without missiles.
