   As of 21:27 UK time, Sky News still thinks he's White. They also make mention that the authorities released that info to head off right-wing speculation to the contrary.
   
   If they're going to prosecute the driver (which sounds likely), the person's ethnic background will come out anyway. Until then, speculating that he's $SOME_ETHNIC_GROUP / $SOME_IMMIGRANT_GROUP doesn't really help.
