   @bici @geoff_eg I'm usually too nervous about the state of the road surface to worry about my bike. Under the right circumstances I can cross 50 km/h, but only on sections I know well (and actually the highest speed sections are usually just past the downslopes¹, which makes them less scary for me since I'm not as stuck if I want to slow).

     @bici oh wow! That is fast on a bike. I think I'd be a little anxious about whether my bike was tuned right.

     I actually hit 90+ on the backside of mt woodside along the Lougheed Highway which has a steep drop on the way to Harrison Hot Springs

     First ride on my new bike today, went down the hill at #StanleyPark and my watch says I hit just over 46km/hr 😯

     Didn't realize I was going so fast 😅
