     These shafted civilians (if they're even cognizant of the situation) can't afford lawyers, so guess which side wins.

     @Vo Thankfully not, but I don't imagine they're far off. I have one particular story where the counter told me to call, the person on the foan told me to do it online, and the website told me to do it in person.
