He's just found out that now Scotland has lowered the maths and English teacher quals to two university years will suffice, you don't need a degree to become a teacher, not of either of these subjects anyway, whether this is the same with others or is this because they are short of those 🤷♀️

@Maud_Gonner @astarsscreams @KeepTakingTheSoma @Fullycaffeinated Oh, and just found out that among the new ones coming in after summer, one is illiterate, one is round about the age of 5 ability, but one wants to be in mainstream class, with a help, which means as he is delivering the lesson to the class this one will have someone with them yapping at them all through it too 😬 How can he work like that! There is one girl who will be in isolation in SEN because she is apparently incredibly violent, he taught her older sister, also violent and really horrible, but this one is apparently worse, he even way back when he started taught the mother, a bit of a sour puss idiot he said.
If it is who I think I am thinking of I know she keeps becoming repeatedly involved with horrible abusive men, so fuck knows what going on re the daughters. He doesn't get very much info about any of them, ok, a certain amount of hedging around is required...they have even in the past had a couple of families here in secret from other parts of the country re violent partners...but at the same time how are they meant to deal with them if they don't know what is the matter with them or why etc.
