National Socialism is perhaps the pure expression of German Weltanschauung: the militarism and will to expansion as described by Spengler, but it is particular to that state in the middle of Europe surrounded by the great powers of France, Russia and Poland. It's will to dominate represents only one nationalism at the expense of its neighbours and their identities. The notion that the ideology of National Socialism is as universally replicable as philosophy or democracy is patently absurd. Folkishness or socialist economics are, but not the essential belief in a hierarchy of European ethnicities and ingrained militarism with designs of conquest. That would end up in something like the Thirty Years War.

Rockwell and Devi both talked about this a fair bit. My favorite quote about this was from Rockwell saying we can either solve this peacefully (the time has long passed), or we can hang every jew on a lightpost to the point they beg for Hitler lol.

My time in alt-internet places gave me a lot of time to interact with these people, especially when I registered in FSE. The NS ideology has attracted the worst kind of people who are alienated from the Liberal world we're living right now. For them, National Socialism is something akin to a subculture in the 60s, a place to escape the norm and be cool. There's obviously something wrong with doing this but the biggest problem is the fact that they're trying to equate everything to whatever happened in Germany after WW1, thinking that the German Fascism is always the right answer to everything, even when the German thinkers of the time thought that NS was always going to be German in nature, not something that could be applied to other nations.
In doing this, they lost their rights to win, think of one figure everyone like here, George Lincoln Rockwell who thought that the best way to save his nation from jewish subversion was to make American Nazi party. I know a lot of them don't really do anything to advance the interest of their people but when some of them do, it's honestly really stupid. The same with the kinds of people that think that the best way to be free from Neo-Liberal world order is to return to the 20th century by genociding fellow Europeans (Slavs mainly). There's nothing better to do than to laugh at them.
The takeaway here is, if you want to be free from the jews and whatever satanic things we're dealing with, returning to something from a century ago isn't really the best answer.

Nationalism doesn’t need the apolitical “NS” fandom to succeed. To the extent that people become wrapped up in this subculture, they tend to disengage from politics and encourage others to do so. If people actually tried to do what the historic NSDAP did which was contest state power and win offices all over Germany on behalf of their own ideology, the “NS” fandom would oppose this because that would require engaging with the system and a sense of political realism.
