  Idk during covid i was building decks and lumber prices trippled in 3 months and i got fucked over.

  It was ironically public programs that caused it to suck. The government invented Medicare, and then followed with stark law to cut costs. Stark lead to the death of private practice and the creation of large medical groups and insurance reimbursed practice. 40 years later Obamacare quadrupled the already government inflated costs.

  I actually hate litigation and limit my case load to a few cases a year, and to mostly defense work at that. I prefer transactional, contract and estate work. I do some trademark and ip work too.

  Sometimes people need to be sued. Just like sometimes a loan should be available or workers should unionize.
