   Real talk though: I mostly share the beauty and the euphoria of hiking the Oregon Coast Trail, but
   I am exhausted. Running out of gas. Getting up and hiking every day takes a mental and physical toll.

   It also leaves me with complex emotions that are difficult to articulate. As if I’m at a crossroads or a tipping point. Like life is about to pivot.

   I’ll probably head home after the 200 mile mark and head back in June or July to knock out the other half.

     @killyourfm I can only imagine. I've done some endurance multi day cycling and it leaves me feeling a way too. Both physically and emotionally.

     Do you find it deeply healing though? As if these emotions had to come out at some point

     @killyourfm have you considered taking a week off in a small Airbnb apartment? Recuperate, do a little bit of work/writing, and then get back out there.
