     @pattykimura @WarnerCrocker I think that we are all learning that "the law" is just words on paper if there isn't a large enough consensus to abide by the law. We've lost the cohesion necessary to maintain a civil society.

     I'm just citing the law, dude.
     Four years ago, you probably assumed the FBI Director would never have ordered the arrest of a sitting judge based on "belief" and not "evidence", the required legal standard not met in Patel's deleted tweet declaring "We believe Judge Dugan intentionally..."
     It's likely why his idiotic public brag was quickly deleted by the legal handlers of that fatuous imbecile.
     Nothing is normal, anymore. What would happen and what can happen are no longer separated by guard rails.

     So, the FBI can arrest a judge without a judicial warrant, and local law enforcement and/or a judge (issue a warrant) can arrest an FBI agent.

     Obvious next step: Arrest Kash Patel.

     I don't see how this country is going to overcome this mess without real actual bloody violence. It's the only thing dictators understand. I don't think the citizens have the will or the stomach for that. I know I don't, I'm an old man. Trump controls the military, he won't have any trouble putting down any rebellions that come up.
