Which, depending on who you ask, is eugenics. My point was I am not opposed to it and am open to talking about the various forms people may see it as.

@toiletpaper @newt @thatbrickster nah I just mean social policy decides what to promote and what to discourage which is obviously eugenic. I'mm not suggesting its equivalent to blunt "these people should breed and these should not"
