@TobyBartels @lowqualityfacts The amount of Apple seeds in a single or even a dozen Apple's doesn't contain enough amygdalin to kill.
(Yes, apple seeds don't contain cyanide, they contain amygdalin, which is partly converted to cyanide in the human body).
You'll need to crush between 150 to several thousand apple seeds to get enough amygdalin to kill.-

It's normally safe to swallow an apple seed, because the coating prevents digestion, so it passes harmlessly through. However, if the seed has been broken open, then you're looking at a swift but painful death.
