   I was wondering why my quads weren't sore after doing heavy squats yesterday.

   Apparently I just hadn't used them yet. Did one squat in today's workout, and there it was.

   Run 400
   15 goblet squats

   It hurt. The running was onto the window on the way back, too. At least there was some sun
