     My mother drink rooibos as she developed a weird allergy to normal tea, it's really not for me at all. So long as I have my standard black tea I'll be just fine.
     
     I need to fast from 9 pm tonight for a blood test tomorrow and I'm not looking forward to morning without tea. Thank goodness it's happening at 8 am so i can leg it back home and get a nice cuppa and some breakfast.

     I do not do earl grey, in this house it's Assam, breakfast, green tea, white Darjeeling or nothing.

     No? Oh well, to each his own I guess. Earl grey isn't the only one I like. I do like white Darjeeling too, also, I've had Roibos tea, not bad at all. 🤔

     I normally get a full one too. Only she an I ever eat it and she's trying to lose weight (for about 10 years+ now) and her fella doesn't eat it so I used to take like 3/4 of a whole cake home with me.

     They are always amazing. She and her fella moved away about 2 years ago so I need to go and visit them. I could do with a little weight gain tbh.

     No not at all, Black Forest cake is made with cherries and brandy I believe. haven’t had either in a while.

     I've a friend that used to be a pastry chef at one of the top hotels here, she used to make me a black forest cake once a year and it was always divine. One year she dropped it whilst bringing it out and the poor lass was in tears. I was holding mine back too but didn't show it.

     Is it the same thing as German chocolate cake? I made it for Tyler last year for his birthday. I got the kirsche too but I didnt like it 😅 I love chocolate cake though

     I would have demanded tea immediately, like a child. I'd be sitting on the floor in front of her desk at that clinic and refusing to move until tea happened.

     I know it's utterly unforgivable. I was supposed to have the blood drawn last Tuesday, I fasted after I ate dinner as promised, only water to drink and the test them was at 11.20.
     
     I had had a hypoglycaemic attack at 4 in the morning so ate 3 sugar tablets and went back to sleep but still went all of that time with no tea. When i got to the clinic i told the nurse and she said 'well we can't do the test now book it again'. I nearly put my fist through the door. 🤬
