My mother drink rooibos as she developed a weird allergy to normal tea, it's really not for me at all. So long as I have my standard black tea I'll be just fine.

I need to fast from 9 pm tonight for a blood test tomorrow and I'm not looking forward to morning without tea. Thank goodness it's happening at 8 am so i can leg it back home and get a nice cuppa and some breakfast.
