     @Hoss we never got along. We treated each other badly even into adulthood. I regret being childish in response to her childishness. She doesn't even know mom died, as far as I'm aware. We spent weeks trying to contact her back then. Its all old buried bones at this point.

     Yeah, I know. Not personally, but I've heard stories from my own extended family. My grandpa played on the White Sox farm team very briefly way back in the team and had a uniform with his name on it. After he died, we couldn't find the uniform. Theory was one of the junkie cousins pawned it at some point over the years. Don't even know how much money you could've got for it, he was never a proper player on the roster. The only real value it had was to my Dad's family.

     The first time I was ever stolen from was in high school when I left my backpack unattended at lunch and a couple lowlives dug through my bag and took the $400 I had in my wallet. When I reported it to the school administration, the resource officer grilled me like I was guilty of something because "you'd only have that much money in your wallet if you were buying drugs". I wasn't, I just didn't have a bank account at the time and kept most of my money on me like a retard. It was that day the seeds of both nigger and pigger hatred were first planted.

A friend's older brother had to school me on that one. I was like "REALLY?" Still, it was my psycho Handicapper-General grandmother's fault though, for not allowing me to bring the thing into the house like every other person on the block. Old hag didn't give a fuck; I had to teach myself how to ride a bike in the first place.

     I like watches because when I wake up I can know what time it is even when my phone is dead. I had a $300 chink piece I wore for a while, not a knockoff of anything just a cheap mechanical that didn't look like shit. Only stopped wearing it because it broke a few months ago, been meaning to send it in for warranty service before it expires.

     There's no reason to spend more than a grand on a watch at the absolute most. If you want a real nice watch there are plenty of options in the high thee-figure range that 99% of the population are going to think are Rolex-tier timepieces.

I had a kinda nice chink piece before too, but I just gave it away to some random kid who liked it. I will only wear a $100 watch tops when I go into Filthadelphia, and even that might be excessive. Not like I'm trying to impress anyone in that shithole anyway.

     When it comes to products like watches, I don't really mind having cheaper chink offerings available to purchase. We're not talking about a major industry like automobiles, it's a small club of European-based concerns that are mostly owned by multibillion dollar luxury consumer goods conglomerates trying to push an expectation that the consumer should spend nothing short of 5 grand at the absolute minimum for a "respectable" timepiece. Fuck that exploitative consoomer bullshit.
