   Friend of mine is moving and bragging that they've given away 16 books rather than take them with. I've culled my books twice in the last decade or so, and each time cleared out over 1,000. I've read maybe 1700 or 1800 in my lifetime, and most of those in the last few years have been ebooks. I had a lot of books sitting around on my pile of books to be read.

     @kingrat I'm in the process of culling many books but still have many more I want to keep that don't fit on the shelves. I think I need another bookcase.
