     @SuperDicq because modding console games and modding pc games are different things and dumping all that shit into one place is just gonna clutter shit up, especially when i come here to look for css mods and i see friday night slop and baldi's slops and other dogshit indie "games" alongside bing bing wahoo switch shit that would require you to perform machinations just to mod those games instead of putting normal shit first and then all that crap into a subcategory

     @SuperDicq replacing game files in a valve game and God knows what the fuck do you need to do to mod switch games sounds pretty damn different, when i can certainly tell you that at the most basic valve game modding is just taking modded files, optionally backing up the originals, and shoving them into models, materials, sound, etc.
