     @ielenia id say more like java but like . only bc its statically typed

     its fun because you can encode lots of semantics within the type system . rust enums are definitely super cool , and pattern matching os far superior than pythons

     id say go through the book and give it a shot ?

     @nyanide @ielenia oh ive never actually tried that . but yea that seems hard

     also , im kinda bummed that it kinda isnt that well suited for scientific computation ,, or maybe its just a skill issue , idk

     but its lots of fun to write servers and clis in it !!!
